Before booking
Confirm traveler names, dates, baggage assumptions, route details, cabin, and stop count. Travel prices and availability can change, so final checkout details matter more than earlier search cards.
After booking
Save your booking reference, download or email the itinerary, and check airline or hotel messages. Guest bookings can be reopened from Manage booking with the reference and checkout email.
During disruption
If a supplier changes or cancels part of your trip, review the airline or hotel instructions first, then contact Eridura support with your booking reference and the supplier message.
