What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Similar technologies can include local storage,
session storage, pixels, scripts, tags, and other browser storage used to remember or access
information on a device.

Strictly necessary cookies
Strictly necessary cookies are used only where they are essential to provide a service requested by the
user, such as sign-in, checkout, account security, fraud prevention, or keeping a booking flow working.
The guest booking recovery cookie, currently named eridura_guest_booking, stores a booking id, short
display reference, and saved timestamp for up to 30 days so a guest traveler can reopen a recent
confirmed itinerary from the same browser.
Analytics and performance technologies
We may use analytics tools to understand search speed, page errors, popular routes, conversion steps,
and where the product needs improvement. Where analytics storage or access requires consent, Eridura
should request it before enabling those tools.
Third-party cookies
Some cookies or similar technologies may be set by trusted partners that support payments, maps,
authentication, travel suppliers, fraud prevention, or analytics.
Managing your choices
You can control cookies through Eridura's cookie controls where available and through your browser
settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in, checkout, saved preferences, or booking tools
from working correctly.
Review and updates
Eridura reviews cookies and similar technologies whenever new analytics, advertising, supplier,
payment, or support tools are added. This policy is updated when the live cookie set changes.
